Ilco 045 Manual Duplicator (Made in USA) The 045 "Performance Series" duplicator is a total redesign of our popular 025 manual key machine. Based of the 044's unified base platform, the 045 addresses performance issues associated with the model it replaces that have evolved over time: longer keys, mobile operation, etc. Compatible with most generators/inverters 500 watt output and higher. Wide spacing between vise jaws to allow for longer keys and those with long bows and has a carriage stop that prevents accidental cutter contact Depth adjustment is accomplished using a dial type configuration that makes it easier to calibrate and provides accurate, repeatable results Has an efficient 1/4hp. motor which operates with most generators and inverters of 500 watts or greater (110V model); excellent for mobile jobs Features a restyled machine fabricated from sturdy acrylic/PVC fire rated material, a new color combined with sleeker lines, and unified base castings painted using an attractive and durable powder coat process
